Guyana Steel Structure Workshop Design Scheme
- Structure Type: Portal rigid frame structure made of Q355B steel with yield strength ≥355MPa.
- Foundation Type: Pile foundation, with pile length and diameter determined based on geological survey results.
- Roof Design: Combined layout of FRP daylighting panels and roof profiled steel sheets, arranged alternately to ensure excellent drainage performance. Roof slope: 5%.
- Wall Design: Color steel sheets with a thickness of 0.5mm, coated with anti-corrosion paint on the surface.
- Anti-corrosion Treatment: Hot-dip galvanizing or combination of epoxy zinc-rich primer + polyurethane topcoat, with galvanized layer thickness ≥100μm.
- Fire Protection Design: Fire-retardant coating with a thickness of 2.5mm, achieving a fire resistance rating of 1.5 hours.
- Construction Period: Approximately 6 months.
