The Coastal Wind-Resistant & Anti-Corrosion Steel Structure Workshop is a prefabricated industrial building engineered specifically for coastal environments with high salt spray and strong typhoon conditions. Built on a national-standard portal frame system, it upgrades both the anti-corrosion process and the wind-resistance structural design compared with ordinary factories, delivering reliable resistance to salt spray corrosion and strong wind loads — ideal for production facilities in coastal plant areas.
Pre-engineered steel buildings are a modern construction technology: the complete design is finalized at the factory, components are brought to the site, and then fixed and jointed on site. All connections are bolted — no welding is required.
An efficiently designed pre-engineered building can be up to 30% lighter than conventional steel buildings. Lighter weight means less steel consumption and potential cost savings in the structural framework.
Typical applications include light-frame steel construction hangars, prefabricated steel structure factory buildings, workshops, and warehouses.

The main load-bearing frame uses Q345B (S355JR) H-section steel columns and roof main beams. Purlins adopt Q235B (S235JR) hot-dip galvanized Z/C steel. All steel members are upgraded with sandblasting and a heavy-duty multi-layer anti-corrosion coating for salt spray resistance, processed by automatic submerged arc welding. A reinforced bracing system enhances wind resistance to withstand strong wind loads. The enclosure system uses A1 fireproof rock wool sandwich panels with an extra anti-corrosion coating. A reinforced roof waterproof system resists heavy rain scouring. Ordinary or wear-resistant concrete flooring is optional.
Heavy anti-corrosion coating resists coastal salt spray erosion, slowing steel rusting and extending service life. Special wind-resistance structural calculations meet wind pressure standards for strong typhoon coastal zones.
Span 8–24 m, eave height 5–10 m. Wide space for flexible production line layout. Improved overall structural stiffness resists deformation under strong wind.
Factory-prefabricated steel components assembled on site with a short construction cycle. Light weight reduces foundation construction difficulty.
Daylighting belts and side ventilation louvers are optional. Joint sealing prevents salt spray moisture penetration.
Enclosure panels meet industrial fire codes. Fire protection systems can be equipped to pass fire inspection.
Customizable dimensions. Partitions and auxiliary rooms can be added later for easy maintenance and reconstruction.
Coastal processing plants, port supporting production workshops, coastal light industry manufacturing factories, small island processing plants, and seaside material handling workshops. Suitable for industrial projects in coastal areas with high salt spray and strong wind.
The coastal wind-resistant anti-corrosion steel factory upgrades heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating and wind-resistance structure based on ordinary workshops to withstand salt spray corrosion and typhoon loads. Pre-fabricated for fast erection, it solves coastal building rust and wind damage issues. It is a reliable steel building solution for production plants in coastal regions.

Yes, it is professionally designed for crane installation. We can customize 5–50 ton overhead crane systems with reserved crane beams, load-bearing structures, and installation positions. The whole structure is calculated and reinforced according to long-term hoisting and vibration working conditions, suitable for heavy machinery assembly and processing.
The main columns, main beams, and crane beams adopt national standard Q355B high-strength H-section steel for heavy load bearing. Roof and wall purlins adopt Q235 hot-dip galvanized Z/C steel. All main components undergo automatic welding, sandblasting derusting, and multi-layer anti-corrosion coating to ensure structural stability under long-term production vibration.
With professional anti-rust and anti-corrosion coating and complete structural protection, the standardized industrial steel workshop has a service life of more than 50 years, with low daily maintenance cost and stable long-term production performance.
It is widely applied in machinery manufacturing, hardware processing, new energy, equipment assembly, building materials, light industry, food processing, electronic precision manufacturing, heavy-duty crane workshops, and industrial production parks.
