Sandwich Panel Options:
Composite insulation panels made with two-sided steel sheet and heat insulated core material through binder (or foam). Available thicknesses: 50mm, 60mm, 75mm, 100mm, 150mm, 200mm.
Core Material Options:
- Polystyrene (EPS): Expandable polystyrene particles with micro closed cell structure. Mostly used for temporary buildings due to limited fire performance.
- Polyurethane (PU): High energy saving performance with excellent fire insulation. Bulk density typically 40kg.
- Rock Wool: Basalt-based inorganic fiber with excellent fire performance as non-combustion body.
- Fiberglass Wool: Lightweight, heat resistant, elastic, non-flammable insulation material ideal for heat insulation, fire-retardant, and sound-absorbing applications.
