Product Overview

Steel structure buildings for industrial and commercial projects are constructed using primary members, secondary members, roof and wall cladding connected to each other and various other components. These buildings can be customized with structural and non-structural additions including skylights, wall lights, turbo vents, ridge ventilators, louvers, roof monitors, doors & windows, trusses, mezzanine floors, fascias, canopies, crane systems, and insulation based on customer requirements.

All steel buildings are custom designed to be lighter in weight and higher in strength. Steel building designs have become more flexible, durable, and adaptable over recent decades, making steel one of the preferred materials for building construction.

Main Components
  • Main Frame: Contains steel beams, steel columns, steel trusses
  • Secondary Supporting Framing: Purlin, tie bar and bracing used to support wall and roof cladding
  • Roof and Wall Cladding System: Steel sheet thickness 0.3mm-0.7mm or sandwich panels with insulation core
Sandwich Panel Core Materials
Polystyrene (EPS): Made of expandable polystyrene particles, white pearl-like larger particles with micro closed cell structure. Mostly used for temporary buildings due to poor fire performance.
Polyurethane (PU): High energy saving performance with excellent fire insulation. Bulk density generally around 40kg. Flame retardants added for fire prevention.
Rock Wool: Basalt as main raw material, made into inorganic fiber through high-speed centrifugal equipment. Non-combustion body with good fire performance.
Fiberglass Wool: Light weight, heat resistant, elastic, non-flammable insulation material. Ideal for heat insulation, fire-retardant, and sound-absorbing applications.
