The load bearing parts for the construction are mainly steel structures, including steel columns, steel beams, steel structural basements, bracing systems for wall and roof. Steel workshops are divided into Light Steel Workshops and Heavy Steel Workshops. The Main Structure are usually made of Q345 Steel while the Purlin and Bracing System are made of Q235 Steel. They are the most common steel materials used for steel structure in China.

This project requires professional design and architectural capabilities,quality products, we can design,manufacture and build up the whole building for you.
1) Steel frame. we generally H-beam hot rolled or welding as columns and beam. Our engineer can choose suitable section of steel according to your information such as wind load, snow load and so on. Material of steel is Q345 China's steel standard.
2) For bracing, Angle steel is common products. Others is round steel.
3) For purlin, we generally use C purlin. C-purlin galvanized.
4)For steel corrugate panel, we generally use V840 single steel sheet as roofing panel. and choose V960 single as wall panel.
5) Doors use sliding sandwich panel door or roll up shutter door
6) Window use PVC/Plastic Steel/Aluminum Alloy sliding Window
7) Surface treatment is painting or hot dip galvanised.
Packaging
All the structure components, panels, bolts and sort of accessories will be well packed with standard package suitable ocean transportation and loaded into 40'HQ. All the products are loaded at the loading site of our factory using crane and forklift by our skilled workers, who will prevent the goods to be damaged.
